Pay Progression: Information for members
Publication Code : 007 532From this year, staff who start a new job, or are promoted on or after 1 April 2019, will need to meet national standards in order to move up their pay band. This flyer briefly explains what the standards are, how Pay Progression works, what to do if someone doesn’t meet the standards, and explains how reps are working with employers to ensure that organisational policies and procedures are in place to make sure the new system operates as it should.

A Competence Framework for Orthopaedic and Trauma Practitioners

These competencies have been revised to support these practitioners in a clear, consistent and evidence based format to reflect their specific, specialist knowledge and skills.
