    Rheumatology Nurse Competency Framework Evaluation Report

    The RCN Competency Framework for Rheumatology Nurses was published in March 2020. This evaluation report details the results of a mixed-methods study, consisting of a questionnaire disseminated to rheumatology nurses across the UK and in depth interviews to assess the impact and value of the competency framework. It explores rheumatology nurses’ views of the competency framework and helps to identify recommendations for further work. This report is sponsored by Arthritis Action, Biogen, Novartis and the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society.
