In this webinar you can discover the new features of the RCNi Portfolio in association with RCN Learn, now available to the nursing support workforce and nursing students.

This portfolio provides you with an online repository to easily collate certificates, mandatory training and personal development plans to enhance your appraisals and inform personal and professional development, as well as access a choice of reflective models.

During this live event, our expert panel will:

• demonstrate the portfolio
• show you how the tool can be used to support your professional development
• show you how to easily keep your CPD documentation in one place
• provide an overview of RCN Learn

The first RCN Accreditation Webinar was held on Tuesday 12 March 2024, with the aim of introducing our RCN Accreditation service, and discovering how accreditation can help to stand out from other competitors by aligning your organisation with the RCN and its reputation for excellence within the nursing sector.

Our expert Programme Leads outlined the service, giving insight into what it truly entails, and discuss its benefits to teams and organisations. A segment of the webinar focuses on how to make a successful application, delving into the step-by-step process and procedure involved.
