Inclusive Leadership
We recognise the value of inclusive leadership skills for all who have a management role, no matter what their experience.
Our Changing the Conversational Culture programme is designed to help participants be effective role models and bring about positive changes whilst promoting a team approach that is inclusive, vibrant, and supported by continuous learning.
This programme has been designed for individuals working across different sectors including the NHS, independent health and social care.

Programme benefits
- The Changing the Conversational Culture programme is designed to equip leaders with the skills to promote, support and implement compassionate leadership.
- The programme will provide the tools to analyse policies and processes to inform inclusive practice in their workplace and manage spaces for inclusive and learning conversations.
