COVID Inquiry: Witness Statement of Patricia Temple, 4 November 2024

This is the witness statement from Patricia Temple, who has been living with long COVID since contracting COVID in November 2020. She was working as a band 5 staff nurse in a cardiac care unit at the height of the pandemic and is no longer able to work as a nurse due to the ongoing impact of her illness.
