The Welsh Government want your views on draft rules to clarify and strengthen regional partnerships that affect social care and support.

This consultation seeks views on a draft set of regulations, The Partnership Arrangements (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2024. These amend the following three sets of Regulations:

• The Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015
• The Care and Support (Area Planning) (Wales) Regulations 2017
• The Partnership Arrangements (Amendment) and Regulated Services (Market Stability Reports) (Wales) Regulations 2021
