RPS Consultation on the Safe and Secure Handling of Medicines in all Care Settings

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society published the the Safe and Secure Handling of Medicines: a team approach resource in 2005.  They are currently reviewing and updating this guidance.

This is a multidisciplinary piece of work, and the RPS are engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across Great Britain, including regulators, royal colleges/professional bodies, expert and specialist groups.

The RPS will also be seeking multidisciplinary endorsement. A multidisciplinary advisory group will engage across professions and to ensure that the relevant expertise informs the revision of the guidance.
