CONSULTATION: New process for allocating voting places at Congress

RCN Boards, branches, forums and networks are being asked to send their feedback on a new process for allocating voting places at Congress. We hope this new process will give as many members as possible the opportunity to be funded to attend and vote at Congress on behalf of their branch or forum.
