The Welsh Government want your views on proposed changes to the way health services, provided as part of the NHS, are procured in Wales.

They are consulting on:

• how a new health service procurement regime for Wales could operate
• should it operate in the same way or differ from, how England procure health services

Your feedback will help the Welsh Government to create the legislation and statutory guidance for a new health service procurement regime. NHS Wales and local authorities in Wales will be able to use the regime.
