The Emergency Department plays a pivotal role in the admission and stabilisation of patients with a perceived devastating brain injury and this talk breaks down that process in the context of organ donation and the amazing gift it may bring.

Gaslight

Bullying is a common phenomenon for nurses, with around a quarter of the nursing family experiencing bullying in the past year. This blog highlights my personal experience of “gaslighting” - a specific type of bullying, and how I am gradually recovering from this.
