POLICY: New National Health and Social Care Standards - consultation response

A response from the RCN to the Scottish Government consultation on the new National Health and Social Care Standards.

RCN Scotland supports the review of the National Health and Social Care Standards because, given the implementation of integration, new standards for care provision are overdue. Key concerns about the new standards include the need for consistent, transparent and proportionate inspection processes and the need for the standards to be understood by people using integrated services.
