BRIEFING: Industrial Action Strike Ballot

On the 6 October 2022 the Royal College of Nursing launched a ballot of members on NHS Agenda for Change pay. The ballot is open until 12 noon on Wednesday 2 November 2022.
RCN members working in the NHS and HSC (in Northern Ireland) on Agenda for Change contracts are being balloted on whether to take strike action.
