How we work

As both a trade union and a professional body, we work to support our members in a wide variety of ways.

Our Council, committees and boards are made up of elected members who make sure we represent every one of our members, at every career stage. Our Executive Team is responsible for delivering our ambitious strategy. And our offices across the UK support the activities of our local branches and representatives.

Our governance

We take good governance seriously. This means working tirelessly to improve our culture and making sure our members are represented across all of our governance processes. Find out more about our Council, committees and boards and how you can get involved as a member.
